Terms for using VoyageChoice and its travel decision content.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VoyageChoice.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. VoyageChoice is operated by Rahmansyah, an individual based in Indonesia.
1. About VoyageChoice
VoyageChoice is an independent travel decision publication offering editorial research, comparisons, decision frameworks, planning information, and links to third-party providers. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, transportation provider, hotel, cruise line, booking platform, or merchant of record. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not sell, operate, fulfill, or guarantee the travel products discussed here.
2. Informational and editorial purpose
Content is provided for general information and travel planning. We aim to use reliable sources and reasonable editorial judgment, but travel information changes frequently. Schedules, routes, port conditions, weather, operating hours, entry rules, prices, availability, policies, transportation, itineraries, and excursion details may change without notice. Verify information material to your trip before booking or deciding. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your circumstances.
3. Independent editorial judgment
Our purpose is to help travelers evaluate meaningful choices before selecting a merchant. Editorial conclusions and comparisons reflect our independent assessment; commissions, merchant rankings, review counts, and prices do not automatically determine recommendations. Different travelers may reasonably choose differently based on budget, mobility, timing, itinerary, and risk tolerance.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate links. If you follow one and complete a qualifying transaction with a third-party merchant, VoyageChoice may receive a commission. This supports the site but does not make us the seller or provider. We do not add a separate VoyageChoice booking fee, but we do not control merchant prices. 5. Third-party merchants and bookings
Following a merchant link takes you away from VoyageChoice. Any booking, reservation, payment, change, cancellation, refund, dispute, or support request is between you and the applicable third party. Its terms, cancellation and refund policies, pricing, availability, privacy policy, and other requirements apply. We do not control or guarantee its performance, customer service, decisions, representations, or fulfillment. Review its terms before transacting.
6. Prices and availability
Prices, availability, inclusions, departure times, and product configurations may change. Information on VoyageChoice may not reflect current inventory. Treat the merchant's booking flow as the controlling source for final price, taxes, fees, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and transaction terms.
7. No guarantee of travel outcomes
Travel involves circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee weather or wildlife sightings, cruise or flight schedules, port access, transportation or attraction availability, excursion completion, particular experiences, suitability, safety, or any other outcome. Travel decisions remain your responsibility.
8. Safety, health, accessibility, and entry requirements
Activities can involve physical demands and risks from transportation, weather, water, wildlife, or other conditions. Our content is not medical, legal, immigration, safety, or accessibility advice. Assess your circumstances and consult official sources, providers, authorities, or qualified professionals when needed. Confirm passports, visas, entry and health requirements, insurance, accessibility needs, age restrictions, and other requirements applicable to your trip.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original VoyageChoice text, editorial frameworks, design, graphics, and branding are owned by Rahmansyah or used with permission. You may read the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without permission, do not republish substantial content, distribute it commercially, scrape or systematically extract it at scale, build a competing database from it, remove notices, misrepresent it as yours, or use the brand to imply unauthorized endorsement. Ordinary linking and legitimate search indexing are allowed.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce harmful code, circumvent security controls, use automation that materially harms availability, or falsely claim an affiliation with VoyageChoice.
11. Third-party content and links
We may reference, summarize, quote, or link to third-party information. A reference does not endorse every statement, product, policy, or practice of that party. We are not responsible for external sites or materials we do not control.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoyageChoice and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, absence of errors, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchant availability or performance, or a particular result. Nothing here excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rahmansyah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to use of this site or reliance on its content. This includes losses involving travel disruption, missed transportation, bookings, merchant actions, itinerary changes, weather, unavailable services, or external sites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Privacy
Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to VoyageChoice
We may change, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue site features or content. We may also update these Terms as the site, our practices, or our obligations change. The effective date above identifies this version.
16. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
