Affiliate Disclosure
How affiliate links support VoyageChoice without determining our editorial recommendations.
Effective date: October 7, 2026.
VoyageChoice is an independent travel decision publication. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and complete a qualifying booking with a third-party merchant, VoyageChoice may receive a commission. This compensation helps support our research, development, and maintenance.
How affiliate links work
Following an affiliate link takes you from VoyageChoice to a merchant's website. If you later make a qualifying transaction, the merchant may attribute it to VoyageChoice and pay us a commission. You do not pay VoyageChoice to use our editorial content or decision tools.
The merchant determines the final price, availability, taxes, fees, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, and other booking conditions. Confirm these details on the merchant's website before purchasing.
Our current affiliate relationship
VoyageChoice currently participates in the Viator affiliate program for certain tours, activities, and shore excursions. We may receive a commission from qualifying bookings made after you follow an eligible link to Viator. The booking and payment take place on Viator's website; VoyageChoice does not process them or act as merchant of record.
If our affiliate relationships change, we may update this disclosure.
Editorial independence
Affiliate compensation does not determine our recommendations. Our comparisons and decision frameworks aim to help you decide which option fits your circumstances. We do not rank or recommend an option simply because it pays a higher commission, has a higher merchant rating or review count, appears higher in merchant rankings, has a higher price, or generates more affiliate revenue.
Decision first, merchant second. Merchant offers may help you act on an editorial decision, but inventory does not set that decision.
Choosing a merchant offer
An offer displayed on VoyageChoice is not suitable for everyone. Consider your itinerary, schedule, budget, mobility, preferences, cancellation needs, weather, and other relevant factors. Merchant availability can change between viewing our site and visiting the merchant.
We do not add a separate VoyageChoice booking fee to affiliate transactions. We do not control merchant prices or guarantee that an offer is the lowest price available elsewhere. Evaluate the final price and terms in the merchant's booking flow.
Ratings, reviews, and third-party transactions
Merchant ratings, reviews, and rankings belong to their source. Unless explicitly stated, they are not independent VoyageChoice ratings. VoyageChoice is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking service, transportation provider, or merchant of record for affiliate transactions.
For an existing booking, payment, cancellation, refund, itinerary change, meeting instructions, customer service, or fulfillment issue, contact the merchant with whom you booked.
Disclosures near recommendations
Pages with affiliate links also display a shorter commission notice near the merchant options. This page provides more detail about the relationship; it does not replace those page-level notices.
